Year 3 have been on two trips this week! Firstly, on Monday to the Butterfly House at Lancaster’s Williamson Park and finally yesterday to Salisbury Woodland to release the butterflies that had hatched from the cocoons. The engagement of the children has, with this trip, been exceptional. The children’s knowledge is something else - having listened so well to the experts from the Butterfly House on Monday. Well done to all in Year 3. Take a look at the images on the screen in the foyer and on our website.
Year 2 visited the zoo to explore their Topic theme of Our Wonderful World. The children gathered information about the creatures but also about Blackpool their school town. Enjoy the images!
