What a difference two years can make! We are so proud to announce the success of five of our former pupils—Eva, Thomas, Stan, Riah, and Poppy—who have celebrated their achievements in British Sign Language (BSL).
Almost two years after their last celebration, we gathered to present them with their Level 2 BSL certificates. What makes this accomplishment even more remarkable is that all five students passed their three difficult online examinations on the very first attempt.
We extend a huge thank you to everyone who supported them on their BSL journey, including Eniola, Mr. Salmon, Kayleigh, Martyn, Helen (Teacher of the Deaf), and Mrs. Kenyon, as well as all the teachers and support staff who accompanied them.
While they won’t be able to take any more exams for a few years, we know this truly amazing qualification in a second language will be a valuable asset throughout their lives.
