We are looking forward to working with you
Christ the King Catholic Academy is a popular, improving and caring school with happy, friendly children. We enjoy strong links with the local community and enjoy the benefit of on-site nursery provisions. We also enjoy active collaboration within the wider cluster of the Blackpool Catholic Schools. We joined the Blessed Edward Bamber Catholic Multi Academy Trust in September 2014.
The Trust’s original three schools are Christ the King and St. Cuthbert’s Catholic Academies, both one form entry primary schools, and St. Mary’s Catholic Academy which is an 11-18 school. Christ the King and St. Mary’s Catholic Academies are co-located on the same site, in new and newly refurbished buildings, following a large capital programme. More recently we have welcomed more schools from across the Fylde Coast into our Trust family. The parish church of Christ the King is also on the same site. If you find what you see here is exciting and you feel that Christ The King is a community in which you will thrive and make a positive contribution to our ethos and journey, then we would love to receive your application. You would be very welcome to visit our primary school to gain a sense of what our school, pupils and staff have to offer you.
