Despite some worried parents on Monday morning, our coach left St. Mary’s car park at 9:40 am sharp! Our driver was amazing and got us to our destination in no time. By late morning, we were already diving into an awesome exploration of the site! We’ve had the most incredible time, creating special memories that will stay with us forever. And let me tell you, this week had some of the best weather ever!
Oh, but we have to admit, we’re pretty tired now. All the excitement and adventure have left us feeling exhausted. But you know what made everything even better? Our amazing staff! They took care of us so well throughout this whole adventure. A big shout-out to Mr. Collins, Miss Hilton, Miss McKay, Mrs. McKellar, Miss Kayleigh Smith, and Mr. Kevin Crooke. They were with us every step of the way, and they truly deserve a relaxing weekend after all their hard work!
There’s so much more to share with you! But before we go, let’s give a round of applause for our special award winners. Mr. Collins won for his hilarious jokes and witty banter. Miss Hilton is the champion of hair-braiding, making any hairstyle look awesome within just 20 paces! Miss McKay always had the biggest smile and encouraged those who felt a little scared. And let’s not forget Miss Kayleigh Smith, who knows how to have fun and takes the best selfies! Mrs. McKellar deserves a big thank you for stepping in at the last minute and covering for another staff member. And finally, let’s give a high-five to Mr. Kevin Crooke for his epic wakeboarding skills! It was truly amazing!
We can’t thank our staff enough for making this adventure so incredible. They’ve been there for us, supporting and guiding us every step of the way. This week will be forever etched in our hearts as one of the most amazing experiences we’ve ever had.
